Terms of use

Beauty Shadow Co. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) provides content and services to you through its own website (hereinafter referred to as the “Shop”). According to the following terms, when you enter or purchase products in this online store, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and will be determined by the company and change the content of these terms from time to time.

  1. Order verification

After receiving your order, the company will check the data provided by you. The company will also verify the price, quantity and inventory status of the products you have ordered. The company reserves the right to reject your order and/or limit the number of products purchased without giving reasons. In the event that a product is out of stock, you will receive a notice of order cancellation. If there is a data error due to a system failure, the company has the right to cancel the transaction.

  1. Payment

After you complete the order data confirmation, the payment process will be processed on the online payment platform RECON, and the company will not record your credit card data on this process. Your credit card will only be posted after the order is successfully accepted.

  1. Delivery

3.1 If your order amount is HK$300 or more, our company will provide free delivery service. If your order amount is less than USD50, the company will charge a delivery service fee of USD8.

3.2 If you need to arrange delivery, you must provide delivery information and contact information to arrange delivery. All delivery services are limited to the Hong Kong area and do not include restricted areas. The confirmed order will be delivered within 7 working days.

3.3 The delivery service is the responsibility of the express company entrusted by the company. If the goods are delivered to the recipient address provided by you, but not necessarily delivered to the designated recipient in person, the delivery is deemed to be completed. Any disputes arising from the delivery service will be handled by the express company, and the company is not responsible. The relevant delivery service terms will be determined by the express company. If the express company entrusted by the company delivers the goods according to the address provided by you, and the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, the company reserves the right to charge you the relevant fees for the delivery service.

  1. Resale is prohibited

All products in this online store are sold to users and must not be used for any illegal purposes. If the company has any doubts about the purpose of the ordered product, the company reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

  1. Final collection deadline

You must pick up the product or arrange delivery within one month from the date of purchase. If you fail to pick it up, the order and the unpicked goods will be automatically cancelled, and the payment will not be refunded.

  1. Goods that are not of quality problems will not be returned or exchanged

After the online payment process is completed, all products will not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. You must carefully check all product data, including product model, specification, quantity and price before ordering. There are Chinese and English versions of these terms of use. In case of dispute, the English version shall prevail.
